The principle

One referral. Not a second job.

You do not become a salesperson. No demo, no negotiation, no installation. You say one sentence when the subject comes up on its own, and you go back to your work. The barrier is deliberately as low as we could make it.

Transparency

How you get paid, and where it stops.

We are starting this programme, and you are an accountant or an adviser: you read a contract better than we sell one. So here is the whole mechanism, including the part that does not flatter us.

    Every line shows its arithmetic

    Base x rate = amount. For each commission line your dashboard shows the basis, the base amount, the rate applied, the stage of the schedule that rate came from, and the result. You never have to write to us to understand a figure.

    The cap is written here, not in a footnote

    Your rate runs 24 months per merchant, then 10 %. This is not a commission for life and we will never use that word. Why the cap exists: an uncapped share at the full rate stops being economic, and a programme that stops being economic gets closed. We would rather have a rate that still exists in five years.

    Paid monthly, through Stripe

    Commissions are grouped by month and transferred through Stripe to your connected account. The payout contains exactly the lines already visible in your dashboard: nothing appears at payment time that you could not check beforehand.

    Made in Luxembourg

    The team is here. We know Luxembourg VAT and the eCDF filings because the product generates them, not because we read the brochure. When you call, the person on the other end is in your time zone and under your tax regime.

Nothing behind a “contact us”

The rates, the ladder, the 24-month cap and the calculator are all on this page. You can do the entire calculation before you say a word to us. And if your clients already run something else, our comparison is public too, including the rows where we lose.

How it works

Five steps, and only one of them is yours.

From signing up to the first payment, here is what happens and who does what.

    You register

    One form, a few minutes. We review your details and open your partner account.

    You get your link and QR code

    A personal referral link, a QR code to print or display, and your partner ID. Anyone who comes through it is attributed to you automatically.

    You refer

    When a client mentions their till or their card fees, you give them the link. That is your only task.

    LUXPOS takes over

    Demo, quote, onboarding, installation and training are all on us. None of it lands on you.

    The commission runs

    As soon as the merchant is active, your share is calculated every month automatically and shown in your dashboard.

The card margin is estimated at 1.5 % of volume and the subscription margin is net of Stripe's fee (2.9 % + 0.30 EUR per invoice). Stated plainly: this rate applies during the first 24 months of each merchant. After that it steps down to 10 % of our margin and continues for as long as the merchant stays active. This is not an unlimited commission, and we would rather tell you here than in a footnote.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to sell anything?+

No. You give a name and a link when the subject comes up. The demo, the quote, the onboarding and the installation are done by LUXPOS. That is the entire point of this programme.

What exactly do I earn?+

A share of the margin LUXPOS makes on your merchant, and that margin has two sources: roughly 1.5 % of their card volume, plus their monthly plan fee net of Stripe's cut. Your share is 20 % to 35 % depending on your tier during the first 24 months of each merchant, then 10 %. Concretely: a merchant doing 15,000 EUR of card volume on an 89 EUR till earns LUXPOS 225 EUR on the card side and about 86 EUR on the subscription, so 311 EUR. At the entry tier your share is about 62 EUR per month.

Why does the rate drop after 24 months?+

Because an unlimited commission at the full rate is not sustainable, and we want a programme that still exists in five years. After 24 months the work is mostly support and maintenance, carried by us. The rate steps down to 10 % and you keep getting paid for as long as the merchant is active.

What if the merchant stops?+

The commission stops with them. It is tied to the merchant's real activity, which means we have exactly the same interest as you in keeping them happy.

When does my tier change?+

As soon as your count of active merchants crosses a threshold (10, 25 or 50). The new rate then applies to all of your active merchants in the following months. There is nothing you need to do.

Is this compatible with my regulated profession?+

That is for you and your professional body to judge, particularly for chartered accountants. We put a proper introducer agreement in place and invoice transparently, so the subject can be raised openly with your client.

How much time does this take?+

Signing up takes a few minutes. After that, as long as it takes to say one sentence when the conversation is already heading there. No mandatory meetings, no reporting, no targets.

How am I paid?+

Monthly, based on the commissions shown in your dashboard, against an invoice. Your bank details and VAT number are captured at registration.
